The Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, storage, and rotation of food and supplies. Responsible for janitorial duties in dining areas like the Dining Room, Bistro, and other related areas. Ensures all foods, storage, and cleaning activities comply with sanitary procedures and standards, adhering to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining or casual dining restaurants
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in confined spaces
