Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Wash all utensils and small wares.
• Helps keep kitchen clean and organized, including the walk-in.
• Details dish equipment daily.
• Responsible for lifting and organizing pots and pans onto shelves.
• Properly sets up and breaks down the station.
• Maintaining a professional, composed, and calm demeanor.
