This position is responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cookware, and small wares in accordance with health and safety standards. Dishwashers also help keep kitchen and storage areas clean and organized while supporting the kitchen team with basic tasks as needed. • Wash all utensils and small wares.
• Helps keep kitchen clean and organized, including the walk-in.
• Details dish equipment daily.
• Responsible for lifting and organizing pots and pans onto shelves.
• Properly sets up and breaks down the station.
• Maintaining a professional, composed, and calm demeanor.
