Sixty Vines - Charlotte is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to keep dishware, cookware, and utensils spotless during service. You will support the kitchen by ensuring tools are clean, dried, and returned to stations.

The role emphasizes fast, reliable, detail-oriented work; you’ll help maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards, enabling peak performance. This position offers $18-$20 hourly in Charlotte, NC, with benefits including medical insurance and a 401(k) plan for eligible team

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Food Handler Certification required.

COMPENSATION:

$18-$20 Hourly

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dishware, cookware, and utensils throughout service.
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment efficiently and safely.
• Assistwith kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and sanitization of work areas.
• Support chefs and cooks by ensuring all tools are cleaned, dried, and returned to the proper stations.
• Handle dishware and glassware carefully, following safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain organization and stock of cleaning supplies and chemicalsin accordance withsafety regulations.
• Uphold the cleanliness and integrity of the kitchen — keepingOur Housespotless and service-ready.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previousexperience in a high-volume kitchen or restaurantpreferred butnotrequired.
• Strong workethicand reliability with attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Must be able tostand forlong periodsandlift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure andmaintaincomposure during peak hours.
• Maintain a valid Food Handler’sCertification in the state of New York
