Job Description

• Maintain all aspects of the dish area and dish machine.
• Use proper pre-soaking procedures, cleaning, and follow proper chemical usage.
• Use checklists to ensure proper set-up and close down of each shift.
• Maintain positive interaction between service staff and other team members.
• Communicate with, and assist other team members.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs., and work in confined spaces.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
