In this role, you will operate dishwashing equipment, place clean dishes in assigned storage locations, and clean designated equipment. You will dispose of kitchen substances and chemicals properly, empty and clean trash cans, transport garbage containers to dump sites, and adhere to recycling regulations. The Steward also sweeps and mops the kitchen floor at the end of each meal period and after spills. Additionally, you'll clean and organize the work area and kitchen equipment to maximize efficiency. You may assist with other duties as assigned.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills are required, with some laundry experience preferred. You may be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays. The job requires the ability to:
High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One to three months of related experience and/or training is preferred.
