Essential Functions

• Wash all dishware, flatware and equipment using dishwashers and by hand.
• Ensure kitchen workstations remain spotless, clean and sanitized.
• Properly store all dishes, kitchenware and equipment.
• Empty and remove trash and breakdown of boxes.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
