Job Summary

The Dishwasher plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This position supports both the kitchen and service teams by ensuring all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen areas are properly cleaned and sanitized in accordance with health and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, kitchen, and storage areas
• Dispose of trash and recycling properly and regularly
• Assist with sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning duties throughout the restaurant
• Restock clean dishes and kitchen supplies to designated stations
• Support kitchen staff with basic prep or cleaning tasks when needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with the team
• Report equipment or maintenance issues to management promptly
