Job summary

The Ruby Slipper Cafe in Franklin, TN is seeking a Ruby Krewe member to support our all-day brunch concept. You will wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment, and keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized.

Must be able to work in a hot, wet, humid and loud environment. You will stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. No restaurant experience is required. Days-only schedule with benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environments.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Stand for long periods, up to 10 hours.
• Be physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop.
• No restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment.
• Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized.
• Load, run and unload the dish machine.
• Maintain all safety standards and report any mechanical problems.
