Job summary

Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support our all-day brunch concept in Franklin, TN. You will wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment, and keep the dish room organized and safe for high-volume service.

You should be able to work in a hot, wet, humid, and loud environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for long periods. No restaurant experience is required, and opportunities for growth and pay increases are available.

Qualifications

• No restaurant experience needed.
• Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
• Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized.
• Ability to work in a hot, wet, humid and loud environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently.

• Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
• Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized - load, run, and unload dish machine
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately and maintain all safety standards
• Be able to work in a hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time
• Be physically able to lift, reach, bend, and stoop
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
• Be able to safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 50lbs frequently
