Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and move for up to four hours.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Work on the dishwashing station as scheduled and keep uniform clean.
• Clean front-of-house areas, floors, windows, and restrooms prior to opening.
• Maintain exterior building cleanliness per schedule.
• Set up and break down the dish machine and keep it clean.
• Monitor dish machine operation and report defects to management.
• Wash, store and stock dishware and smallwares to meet business needs.
• Check water temperature during dishwashing to ensure proper sanitation.
• Remove trash and maintain clean, sanitary trash cans.
• Assist with storage of food, equipment and supplies.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions or injuries.
