Job summary

Ruth's Chris Steak House is seeking a team member to support dishwashing operations and back-of-house cleanliness. You will help with set-up, daily machine maintenance and stock control while ensuring a clean, safe dining environment for guests.

Must be able to stand for long periods, lift heavy loads, and work nights, weekends and holidays. English communication and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and move for up to four hours per shift.
• Lift 50–100 pounds regularly and handle supplies safely.
• Must work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup, operation and cleanup of the restaurant interior and exterior.
• Wash, store and stock plateware, glassware, utensils, cups and pots.
• Maintain the dishwashing machine and keep the area clean and sanitary.
• Assist other staff and follow safety guidelines; report hazards to management.
• Complete station closing duties and support kitchen staff as needed.
