Job summary

Ruth's Chris Steakhouse Park City is seeking dedicated dishwashers to support a fast-paced kitchen. You will clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, and kitchen items in alignment with health and safety protocols.

You will also restock cleaned items and assist in other areas of the kitchen as needed from the Chef. This position requires lifting over 30 pounds, standing for long periods, and weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Dishwashers are a vital part to the success of our restaurant operation.
• They are responsible for properly cleaning, sanitizing all dishes, glassware and other kitchen items in accordance with all health and safety protocols.
• As well as restocking the cleaned items and assisting in other areas of the kitchen as needed from the Chef.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, lift over 30 pounds, and have long periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays if needed.
