Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, tableware and other utensils; send through dish machine.
• Sort and stack clean dishes; carry to service line or storage areas.
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand; remove trash to dumpster; set up or break down dishwashing area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish-washing station; perform other duties as assigned.
