Job summary

Groovin' Gourmets, the catering division of Trolley Hospitality Companies in Richmond, is hiring a kitchen helper for a full-time role with a great schedule: Thursday through Monday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This position supports the back-of-house team in a fast-paced, chef-driven kitchen and offers growth opportunities.

You will assist with waste removal, operate a commercial dishwasher, and clean surfaces to maintain a safe, orderly workspace. Reliability, punctuality and teamwork are valued.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash bins, collect and remove waste from the floor and work surfaces, separate recyclables and properly dispose of grease.
• Run the commercial grade dishwasher, including using the sink sprayer, a lever-operated washing unit and a drying station.
• Manually clean a variety of surfaces, including scrubbing debris off pots and wiping down surfaces.
• Additional support kitchen staff, as needed
