Job summary

Trolley Hospitality Companies, via its Groovin' Gourmets division, is seeking a dedicated full-time kitchen helper to support daily operations in our Richmond-area kitchen. You will engage in waste handling, dishwashing, and basic prep tasks, contributing to a clean, efficient workspace.

You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow food safety guidelines. Benefits include holidays, health plans, and a 401(k) plan after 1 year.

What You Will Be Doing

• Empty trash bins, collect and remove waste from the floor and work surfaces, separate recyclables and properly dispose of grease.
• Run the commercial grade dishwasher, including using the sink sprayer, a lever-operated washing unit and a drying station.
• Manually clean a variety of surfaces, including scrubbing debris off pots and wiping down surfaces.
• Additional support kitchen staff, as needed.
