In this remote, full-time role, you will handle inbound leads, perform discovery calls, and collaborate closely with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth scheduling and CRM maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment setting or inbound sales.
• Able to work with CRM and maintain logs.
• Excellent phone presence with no scripted feel.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, texts, and web leads.
• Return every new lead within 5 minutes.
• Run discovery calls to uncover project details.
• Identify additional needs and expand scope.
• Set appointment expectations and schedule with designers.
• Keep CRM clean and log every call.
• Follow up with open leads and reschedule cancellations.
• Collaborate with the sales team.
