Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Discovery Consultant to support outside sales, maximize revenue, and coordinate pre-close and post-sales activities with existing clients and prospects. This remote US role emphasizes generating leads, developing strategic plans, and managing proposals and client communications.

You will assist with meetings, maintain Salesforce data, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting a sales team with prospecting, listening, follow-up, and account planning is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Assist outside sales professionals in generation of new leads, projects, and client relationships.
• Help develop and implement strategic sales plan to deepen relationships with clients and maintain Account Plan in Salesforce.
• Prepare and submit client proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs for eDiscovery services.
• Prepare estimates for new client projects and support meetings with PowerPoint materials.
