Job summary

Allied Outdoor Solutions designs and builds high-end outdoor living spaces across Texas, looking for an appointment setter who can quickly respond to new leads and guide homeowners toward a design consultation. You will work evenings and weekends with a fixed Central Time schedule, booking high-quality appointments with all decision-makers present.

You will focus on discovery calls, set expectations for a 60–90 minute design consultation, and coordinate surveys and proposals.

Qualifications

• A calm, confident, warm phone presence, with no filler and no scripts that sound like scripts.
• Experience in appointment setting, inbound sales, intake or call-center work. Outbound experience is a plus because it shows hunger. Home services is a bonus.
• Curiosity: you ask the second question, not just the first.
• Discipline with notes, CRM hygiene and follow-up.
• A quiet workspace, reliable internet and a good headset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to every new lead fast. We call inbound calls, texts and web leads back within 5 minutes.
• Run warm, structured discovery calls: what they want, why now, timeline, and who's involved in the decision.
• Get every decision-maker to the appointment.
• Set clear expectations: a 60–90 minute design consultation, options, and a proposal timeline.
• Book, confirm and reschedule appointments, and collect what the designer needs, like a property survey.
• Log every conversation cleanly in our CRM and follow up on leads who don't book on the first call.
