Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in the United States is seeking a Discovery Associate to sell the guest a trial program and conduct surveys after sales presentations. You will greet guests, present the Discovery program, and aim to meet sales quotas.

During training, compensation includes an hourly wage plus commissions; after training, pay switches to the state minimum wage with ongoing commissions and bonuses. This role emphasizes customer service and achieving targets in a fast-paced hotel/resort

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Timeshare sales experience preferred.
• Ability to meet or exceed minimum performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in Discovery area after sales presentations and explain the survey process.
• Conduct guest experience survey and present Discovery program to drive sales.
• Prepare worksheets when guests purchase and forward to Contracts office for processing.
• Address post-sale inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company and department policies and perform other duties as assigned.
