Job summary

Rimkus is seeking a Support Specialist, Human Factors to provide skilled support to our operations in client services. You will manage client-supplied materials, review depositions, and summarize discovery materials, with a focus on law firms and manufacturers.

The role requires professional communication, organization, and the ability to handle more than 100 active cases. Travel up to 5% may be required, and the position offers comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent coursework in legal studies or related field preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of paralegal, legal secretary, or legal assistant experience in a law firm, legal department, or legal services firm.
• Experience supporting civil litigation matters strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, log, and maintain client-supplied legal materials including pleadings, correspondence, exhibits, and electronic files.
• Read, analyze, and prepare concise summaries of depositions and discovery materials.
• Draft professional correspondence and follow-up communications on behalf of the consulting team.
