Qualifications

• Registered professional with 10+ years in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years in a consulting engineering firm.
• Proficient within the discipline of expertise.
• Active NCEES record if applicable.
• Experience managing small to mid-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a discipline subgroup, align staffing and schedules.
• Mentor subgroup members and promote growth.
• Set performance expectations and conduct evaluations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on staffing and skill mix.
• Oversee QA/QC and ensure design standards.
• Drive process improvements and discipline standards.
• Coordinate with leadership on KPIs and budgets.
• Maintain in-office presence across locations.
