You will set schedules, guide performance, and partner with PMs to ensure staffing and skill mix. This role emphasizes mentoring, QA/QC, and process improvements, with responsibility for timesheets, budgeting input, and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Registered technical professional with 10+ years in a firm’s technical discipline.
• 5+ years consulting engineering experience.
• Proficient in discipline-specific knowledge.
• Active NCEES record, if applicable.
• Experience managing projects of small to mid-scale scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead a discipline subgroup, aligning staffing and schedules for project delivery.
• Allocate weekly hours and staff across projects with Discipline Operations Managers.
• Mentor subgroup members and foster growth, accountability, and collaboration.
• Oversee QA/QC and ensure design services meet client standards.
• Manage performance expectations, provide feedback, and address gaps.
