Qualifications

• Registered professional engineer or technical professional with extensive experience in a technical discipline.
• Active and up to date in NCEES council record, if applicable.
• Experience managing projects of small to mid-scale scope and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a discipline subgroup, aligning staffing and schedules to deliver Total Project Success.
• Allocate weekly hours and staff across projects with other Discipline Operations leaders.
• Provide mentorship, feedback, and performance evaluations to subgroup members.
