Pinelake Church is seeking a Director of PL College to provide spiritual and strategic leadership across PL College campuses in Mississippi. You will coach teams, shepherd pastors, and drive discipleship pathways in alignment with Pinelake’s vision.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with missions, and the development of servant leaders, with an expectation of ten years in college ministry and a strong Christ-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and ten years of ministry experience in college ministry contexts.
• Competitive candidates will have an advanced degree and seminary experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, strategy, coaching, alignment, and resourcing to the PL College across campuses.
• Establish goals and initiatives for the PL College and lead strategies to fulfill them.
• Relationally shepherd pastors and ministers within the PL College to support spiritual and professional development.
• Lead collaboration and strategy for PL College conferences and events.
• Collaborate with Pinelake Missions to mobilize students for Kingdom impact.
• Oversee servant leader and small group leader development within PL College.
