Job summary

You'll work with ITS and FLAIR systems, support internal/external inquiries, ensure compliance with statutes and optimize disbursement workflows in a collaborative OneFDOT team.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable and payment processing systems.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Record, distribute and monitor invoices for payment processing.
• Verify data in ITS and ensure timely payments per statutes.
• Respond to payment inquiries from vendors and staff.
• Support warrant processing and cancellation procedures.
