Job summary

AMERICAN NATIONAL RED CROSS is seeking a Disaster Workforce Engagement professional to initiate and nurture Disaster Cycle Services relationships with volunteers. You will engage workers with assignments aligned to their motivation and interests, helping fill open Disaster Cycle Services positions and meet service delivery needs.

You will participate in the Disaster Workforce Engagement Team, support annual goals, and contribute to projects like volunteer interviews, profile updates in Volunteer

Responsibilities

Initiate Disaster Cycle Services relationship with volunteers.
Engage volunteers by providing assignments aligned with their motivation and interests.
Fill Disaster Cycle Services open positions and meet service delivery demands.
Support annual workforce engagement goals, regional plans, and chapter initiatives for volunteer engagement.
Participate in Disaster Workforce Engagement Team and related projects such as interviews, updating Volunteer Connection, recognition, and scheduling volunteers.
