Endeavors Inc. seeks a Disaster Human Services Social Worker to join our impact assessment teams. You will evaluate how disasters affect human service providers and communities, document observations, and coordinate with engineers to support recovery and service continuity.

The role requires conducting interviews, gathering data from providers and officials, and ensuring privacy and security of information. Travel nationwide and readiness obligations are part of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• License/certification required for specific assignment must be current and maintained.
• Experience in social work/human services preferred.
• Training/credentialing and cybersecurity/privacy training required before access to systems.

Responsibilities

• Deploy with Disaster Human Services Impact Assessment teams.
• Assess operational impacts on access to human services.
• Document observations and impacts in designated systems.
• Coordinate with civil engineers and technical specialists.
• Provide social work, crisis-support, or referral assistance where applicable.
• Protect PII and follow privacy and security requirements.
• Travel nationwide for deployment and maintain deployment readiness.
