Endeavors Inc. seeks a Disaster Human Services Social Worker to join a multidisciplinary team conducting impact assessments of human service facilities, equipment, and operations in disaster-impacted areas.

You will assess accessibility to services and document how disruptions affect communities. Ideal candidates have a social work background with disaster-response experience, and are prepared for deployment nationwide, with readiness for flexible schedules and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Relevant experience in social work, human services, disaster response/recovery or service-system coordination is desirable.
• Must complete all organization and required screening, background investigations, credentialing, cybersecurity/privacy training, Rules of Behavior, role-based training, and standardized Disaster Human Services Impact Assessment training before accessing applicable Government systems or assessment records and before deployment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy with Disaster Human Services Impact Assessment teams to support field assessment activities.
• Assess operational impacts that may reduce, interrupt, or prevent access to human services.
• Document observations and impacts accurately in designated systems and records; coordinate with civil engineers and specialists.
• Coordinate with civil engineers and technical specialists; do not make engineering/safety determinations unless qualified.
• Provide social work, crisis-support, resource navigation, or referrals within scope of assignment.
• Protect PII and comply with privacy, security, and records-management requirements.
• Maintain deployment readiness and be available for variable schedules, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to support mission goals.
