Endeavors is seeking a Disaster Human Services Social Worker to join the Impact Assessment teams. You will support field assessment activities, document operational impacts on access to services, and coordinate with engineers regarding facility conditions.

The role emphasizes social work perspectives, crisis support, and resource navigation to assist providers and communities affected by disasters, including adherence to privacy and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a closely related human services field is preferred; license or certification may be required for specific assignments.
• Relevant experience in social work, human services, disaster response, or service-system coordination is desirable.
• Must complete all organization and required screening, background investigation, credentialing, cybersecurity/privacy training, Rules of Behavior, role-based training, and standardized Disaster Human Services Impact Assessment training before deployment.

Responsabilités

• Deploy as a member of Disaster Human Services Impact Assessment teams and support field assessment activities in disaster impacted jurisdictions.
• Assess and document operational impacts that may reduce access to human services.
• Coordinate with civil engineers and technical specialists regarding observed facility conditions.
• Develop assessment summaries, briefings, and reports for authorized partners.
• Provide social work, crisis-support, resource navigation, or referral assistance when included within the assigned mission scope.
