Job summary

Endeavors Inc. seeks a Disaster Human Services Social Worker to support Impact Assessment efforts across jurisdictions. You will evaluate how facility and service disruptions affect access to essential services for vulnerable populations and coordinate with civil engineers and partners to document findings.

The role requires field deployment, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and adherence to privacy and security requirements. Nationwide travel and readiness are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Experience in social work, human services, or disaster response preferred.
• Must complete organization screening and required training before deployment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy with Disaster Human Services Impact Assessment teams.
• Assess and document operational impacts on service access for providers and communities.
• Conduct interviews with human service providers, officials, and community partners.
• Document observations in designated systems and maintain records.
• Coordinate with engineers on facility conditions; do not make engineering determinations.
• Assist in identifying service gaps and recovery needs; contribute to summaries and reports.
