• Empower Volunteers: Manage staff and volunteers delivering disaster services in assigned area, ensuring rapid, accessible, and culturally/linguistically appropriate support.
• Lead the Program: Supervise teams, collect and analyze data to improve services, ensure data privacy and compliance, support planning.
• Mission Capacity Building: Develop and support Disaster Leadership Volunteers, foster diversity and inclusion within teams.
• Engage Community: Coordinate community preparedness, response, and recovery activities with partners and leadership.
