Job summary

Executive Alliance in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Project Manager to oversee mitigation and construction for commercial and residential disaster restoration projects. You will coordinate with clients, teams, and subcontractors, manage timelines and budgets, and drive safety and quality compliance.

Proficiency with Proven Jobs and Encircle will be used to create projects, track progress, and report outcomes while maintaining strong client communication and ensuring payments and scope adherence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience or 5-7+ years in construction leadership.
• Prior disaster restoration experience required, including mitigation and reconstruction.
• Proficiency with computers and new software; strong customer service and sales skills.
• Relevant certifications (IICRC, WRT) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project aspects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, teams, and subcontractors to meet timelines and budgets.
• Use Proven Jobs to create, track, and document projects; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Obtain permits, manage change orders, and communicate progress to clients.
• Monitor performance, report metrics, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure completion certificates and final photo reports are prepared.
