Job summary

Impact Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Manager for a growing disaster restoration company in Scottsdale, AZ. You will oversee mitigation and construction projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with clients, teams, and subcontractors while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires 3+ years of project management or 5-7+ years in construction leadership, with prior disaster restoration experience and proficiency in Proven Jobs software and Encircle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience, or 5-7+ years in construction leadership.
• Must have prior disaster restoration experience.
• Experience with mitigation and reconstruction work.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Relevant certifications (IICRC, WRT) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain Work Authorization/Proposal/Contract.
• Obtain necessary permits as required for the project.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets using Proven Jobs software.
• Follow up with new clients by sending a detailed welcome email, introducing yourself, and providing project-specific information via Proven Jobs Notes.
• Utilize Encircle to monitor, analyze, and report on hydro-related data.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent.
• Schedule walk with sub or team and inspect work.
• Ensure areas completed match the scope of work.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
