Job summary

Executive Alliance is seeking a Disaster Recovery Restoration Project Manager to oversee multiple mitigation and construction projects from initiation to completion. The PM will coordinate with clients, teams, and subcontractors, ensuring timelines and budgets are met and safety and quality standards are maintained.

The role requires leveraging Proven Jobs for new projects, tracking progress, and maintaining clear client communications.

Responsibilities

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets using Proven Jobs software.
Send welcome emails and provide project information via Proven Jobs Notes.
Monitor hydro-related data using Encircle and report on progress.
Collaborate with the Superintendent and field teams to ensure scope adherence.
Schedule walks, inspections, and sign-offs with stakeholders.
Communicate updates to clients and CDS management on project status.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion.
Create final reports including Encircle photo reports and completion certificates.
Oversee multiple projects concurrently and manage change orders as needed.
