You will use Proven Jobs software to create projects, track progress, maintain client communication, and ensure safety and quality standards, focusing on customer satisfaction and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience or 5-7+ years in construction leadership.
• Must have prior disaster restoration experience.
• Experience with mitigation and reconstruction work.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Relevant certifications such as IICRC and WRT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project aspects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, teams and subcontractors to meet timelines.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Monitor safety and quality standards on site.
