Arizona Restoration Contractors in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a driven Reconstruction Project Manager to lead complex restoration projects from start to finish. You will coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver on schedule and within budget while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires 3+ years in reconstruction or construction project management, strong knowledge of building codes, and excellent client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in reconstruction, restoration, or construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of reconstruction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular site visits in the Phoenix area.
• Xactimate experience necessary.
