ServiceMaster DSI in Chicago, IL is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to oversee residential and commercial losses caused by fire, water, mold and natural disasters. This role requires in-person site inspections and coordination with a Construction Superintendent to drive projects from start to finish.

Salary ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 annually with bonus eligibility, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and a vehicle stipend.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee projects from start to finish with on-site supervision.
• Maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor budgets and schedule, coordinating with subcontractors and the on-site Superintendent.
