Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Chicago, IL is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to oversee residential and commercial losses from fire, water, mold and natural disasters. You will develop client relationships, manage projects from start to finish with the on-site Superintendent, and coordinate with contractors to stay on schedule and budget.

The ideal candidate has restoration/construction experience, proficiency with Xactimate, and disaster-mitigation estimating background.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration and construction required.
• Experience in disaster mitigation estimating preferred.
• Ability to travel and conduct in-person site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential and commercial loss projects from start to finish.
• Develop relationships to grow accounts and manage projects with the Superintendent.
• Monitor schedule and budget, manage contracts and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with clients, subs, and vendors; ensure quality and compliance.
