Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Chicago, IL seeks an Estimator/Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial losses from fire, water, mold and disasters. You will develop client relationships, manage projects from start to finish with a Construction Superintendent, and drive growth with large accounts.

In-person site inspections are required; travel may be necessary. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 per year, plus annual eligible bonus.

Qualifications

Experience in restoration and construction.
Ability to manage projects from start to finish.
Strong communication and client-relations skills.
Willingness to travel and work in the field.

Responsibilities

Support and implement the Project Quality Planning and Control process.
Liaise with clients to facilitate project execution and satisfaction.
Set project objectives, policies and performance standards.
Monitor construction progress with on-site superintendent to meet schedule and budget.
Manage financial aspects of contracts and reporting.
Identify potential legal issues and coordinate with Branch Manager.
Oversee project close-out and represent the company in meetings.
Provide technical assistance to project team and identify new work opportunities.
