Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Madison, WI seeks a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial losses from fire, water, mold, and disasters. You will build relationships, develop accounts, and manage projects from start to finish with support from a Construction Superintendent.

A background in sales and project management is preferred. The role offers a base salary of $65,000–$85,000 per year plus annual bonus opportunity and company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years prior disaster restoration experience (residential & commercial).
• Restoration estimating experience and ability to write scopes in Xactimate.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and restoration estimates for project leads.
• Lead communication between customer and insurance providers.
• Monitor construction progress with the on-site Superintendent to maintain schedule and budget.
• Evaluate progress and team performance to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Manage financial aspects of repair and restoration projects.
• Identify potential legal issues and review with Branch Manager and Superintendent.
• Oversee project close-out and representation at meetings.
• Provide technical support to all project members.
• Identify new work opportunities and inform Sales/Marketing of potential projects.
