Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial losses caused by fire, water, mold, and natural disasters in the Charlotte area. You will develop client relationships, manage projects from start to finish with support from a Construction Superintendent, and coordinate with subcontractors.

The role offers a base salary of $70,000–$90,000 with eligibility for annual bonus and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Prior disaster restoration experience required.
• Must have restoration estimating experience and be able to write scopes in Xactimate & Symbility.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel out of town.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and restoration estimates for provided project leads.
• Lead communication between customer and insurance providers.
• Monitor/con­trol construction with on-site Superintendent to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Evaluate construction progress and team performance to ensure project success.
• Manage financial aspects of repair and restoration projects.
• Identify potential legal issues and coordinate with Branch Manager and Superintendent.
