Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Chicago, IL is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial losses from fire, water, mold, and natural disasters. You will develop client relationships, manage projects end-to-end with an on-site Superintendent, and oversee subcontractors.

Prior restoration and construction experience with Xactimate is preferred. We offer a competitive base salary and eligible annual bonus, plus benefits, 401(k), PTO and a vehicle stipend.

Qualifications

• In-person site inspections required.
• Experience in restoration and construction.
• Experience with Xactimate.
• Prior disaster mitigation estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee project execution from start to finish.
• Coordinate with the on-site Superintendent and contractors.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Maintain client communication and satisfaction for marketing opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for additional work with current clients.
• Lead internal teams for continuous process improvements.
