Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial losses from fire, water, mold, and natural disasters. You will build client relationships, grow accounts, and manage projects with support from a Construction Superintendent.

The role offers a base salary of $70,000-$90,000 with an annual bonus eligibility, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and a company vehicle. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior disaster restoration experience (residential and commercial) required.
• Estimation experience writing scopes in Xactimate & Symbility required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and restoration estimates for project leads.
• Lead communication with customers and insurance providers.
• Oversee projects with the on-site Superintendent to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage financials of repair and restoration projects.
• Identify and address potential legal issues with Branch Manager and Superintendent.
• Oversee project close-out and represent the company in meetings.
• Support sales and marketing with new opportunities and client relationships.
• Promote continuous improvement and cross-functional teamwork.
