The role combines sales and project management, offers a base salary of $70,000–$90,000 with annual bonus potential, and includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in disaster restoration for residential and commercial losses.
• Ability to write scopes in Xactimate and Symbility.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication with clients, insurers, and team members.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and restoration estimates for project leads.
• Lead communication between customers and insurance providers.
• Track construction progress and budget with on-site supervision.
• Manage finances of repair and restoration projects.
• Identify and address potential legal and risk issues with leadership.
• Oversee project close-out and represent the company in meetings.
