Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Springfield, IL seeks a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial losses from fire, water, mold, and natural disasters. You will develop relationships to build accounts and manage projects from start to finish, with support from a Construction Superintendent.

The role offers a base salary from $60,000-$80,000 annually plus annual bonus, plus health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, life insurance, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years prior disaster restoration experience (both residential and commercial).
• Must have restoration estimating experience and able to write scopes in Xactimate.
• Attention to detail; must have good communication and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid Driver's License; ability to travel out of town is preferred; pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and restoration estimates for provided project leads.
• Lead communication between customer and insurance providers.
• Monitor and control construction through the on-site Superintendent to ensure schedule and budget.
• Evaluate progress and team performance to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Manage financial aspects of repair and restoration projects.
• Identify potential legal problems and review with Branch Manager and Superintendent.
• Oversee completion of project close-out and represent the company in project meetings.
• Provide technical assistance and support to all team members.
