Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Madison, WI, seeks a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial losses caused by fire, water, mold and natural disasters. You will develop relationships to build accounts and manage projects from start to finish with support from an assigned Construction Superintendent.

This role requires experience in disaster restoration and estimating, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate contractors while ensuring schedule and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years prior disaster restoration experience (residential and commercial) required.
• Restoration estimating experience and ability to write scopes in Xactimate required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; valid driver's license; travel out of town preferred; background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and restoration estimates for provided project leads.
• Lead communication between customer and insurance providers.
• Monitor construction with on-site Superintendent to ensure schedule and budget.
• Evaluate progress and team performance to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Manage financial aspects of repair and restoration projects.
• Oversee project close-out and represent the company in meetings.
• Identify new work opportunities and inform Sales/Marketing of potential projects.
