Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial losses from fire, water, mold and disasters. You will develop client relationships, manage projects with the Superintendent, and coordinate with contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires both sales and project management experience, with a base salary of $70,000–$90,000 annually and eligibility for an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Prior disaster restoration experience (residential & commercial) required.
• Must have restoration estimating experience and be able to write scopes in Xactimate & Symbility.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to travel out of town.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and restoration estimates for provided project leads.
• Lead communication between customer and insurance providers.
• Monitor and control construction with on-site Superintendent to ensure schedule and budget.
• Evaluate construction progress and team performance for schedule and budget.
• Manage financial aspects of repair and restoration projects.
• Identify potential legal issues and review with Branch Manager and Superintendent.
• Oversee project close-out and represent the company in meetings.
• Provide technical assistance to project team and stakeholders.
• Identify new work opportunities and inform Sales/Marketing of potential projects.
• Lead internal teams focused on process improvements and growth.
