Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial loss projects caused by fire, water, mold, and natural disasters. You will develop relationships to grow accounts, manage projects end-to-end, and coordinate with a Construction Superintendent and contractors.

The role requires experience in restoration and estimating, strong communication, and travel readiness. Rockford, IL-based with on-site responsibilities and dynamic advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration and construction industries.
• Proven ability to communicate with clients and teams.
• Strong attention to detail and project accuracy.
• Proficient in coordinating multiple contractors and schedules.
• Ability to travel for project sites and conferences.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience with disaster mitigation estimating is preferred.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement the Company’s project quality planning and control processes.
• Maintain liaison with clients to ensure project satisfaction and repeat business.
• Set project objectives and performance standards within corporate policy.
• Oversee on-site construction progress with the Superintendent to meet schedule and budget.
• Track financials and reporting for contracts and projects.
• Identify new work opportunities and inform Sales/Marketing of potential projects.
