Job summary

Advanced Disaster Recovery, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to guide residential and/or commercial restoration projects in the NY/NJ/PA/CT area, including fire and water events with potential mold, lead paint and asbestos concerns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of related experience.
• Experience in insurance restoration industry is preferred.
• IICRC certifications in Water, Fire and Mold restoration are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs within predetermined budgets.
• Oversee subcontractor relationships and delivery of services.
• Recruit subcontractors.
• Manage in-house trade staff.
• Ensure quality control and site safety.
• Manage production schedules and timelines.
• Support operational sales and development of the company brand.
• Collect project funds.
• Manage materials and resource providers/vendors.
• Manage customer and tenant relations.
• Support ongoing training and development of team members.
